This Privacy Policy explains how SolveX ("SolveX", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you use our website and mobile application (together, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to this Policy.

• Account information: name, phone number and email address you provide when you register.
• Learning activity: courses you enrol in, tests and DPPs you attempt, progress and results.
• Payment information: transaction records such as amount, date and a payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details are collected and processed directly by our payment partner (Razorpay) and are not stored by SolveX.
• Device & usage data: basic technical information such as device type, app version and log data used to keep the service working and secure.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and provide access to purchased content.
• To process payments and deliver digital course access.
• To personalise learning, show progress and improve our courses and features.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To send important service and transactional messages.
• To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse or security issues.

3. Payments

Online payments are handled by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. Your payment is processed on Razorpay's secure infrastructure and is subject to Razorpay's own privacy policy and terms. SolveX receives only confirmation and a reference of the transaction.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Platform (for example, payment processing, hosting and communications), under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities or third parties where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

6. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

SolveX is intended for students. Where a user is a minor, the account should be created and managed with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts this Policy on the student's behalf.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required by law.
