Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SolveX website and mobile application and the purchase of digital content offered through them (the "Platform"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.
  • Minors should use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Digital products & licence

All products on SolveX are digital learning content (courses, tests, DPPs and study material). On purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the content for your own learning during the applicable validity period. You do not acquire ownership of the content.

3. Payments

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). The final payable amount is shown at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to the payment gateway's applicable terms.
  • Access to purchased content is granted electronically after successful payment.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, record, download (except where expressly allowed), resell, share or redistribute any content or account access.
  • Circumvent security, access controls or payment mechanisms.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful, infringing or abusive purpose.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

5. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos and materials on the Platform are owned by SolveX or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any such rights to you.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for quality and accuracy, we do not guarantee any specific results, scores or outcomes from using our content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolveX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Malda, West Bengal, India shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
